The “Accounting and Taxation for Executives” course, developed by the Institute of Human Resources and Business Development (HUREDIN), is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of corporate financial accounting systems. The program empowers leaders with the expertise to effectively structure accounting operations, analyze critical financial indicators, and confidently make strategic decisions that drive optimal organizational efficiency.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Equip with Essential Expertise: Acquire the fundamental knowledge and professional skills in Accounting and Finance necessary for optimizing corporate management and operational efficiency.

  • Interpret and Analyze Financial data: Develop the proficiency to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements prepared by the accounting department; effectively utilizing financial insights for strategic planning and executive decision-making.

  • Optimize organizational structure: Gain a deep understanding of the functional relationships between the accounting department and other business units to establish and maintain an effective accounting organizational structure within the enterprise.

This course is specifically designed for:

  • Executive Leadership and Management: Including business owners, Directors, Deputy Directors, as well as Heads and Deputy Heads of departments within various business entities such as Sole Proprietorships, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), Joint-stock Companies, and Partnerships.

  • Business Practitioners and Household Businesses: Individuals and household business owners who operate under statutory accounting regimes and fulfill tax obligations via the declaration-based taxation method.

    • Balance Sheet

    • Income Statement

    • Cash Flow Statement

  2. Tax Shield Application: Utilizing tax shields in tax planning and cost management.

  3. Corporate Financial Analysis: Assessing the business’s financial status through the financial reporting system.

  4. Performance Evaluation: Evaluating corporate health via key financial ratios.

  1. The Role of Managerial Accounting and the effective use of relevant information.

  2. Cost Classification and Cost Management.

  3. Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) Analysis in determining:

    • Break-even Revenue

    • Break-even Volume

  4. Business Decision-Making.

    • Corporate Income Tax (CIT)

Course Length: 9 lessons + 1 final exam

All-inclusive Training Fee: 4,500,000 VND / participant. (The fee includes training materials, the final examination, and certification).

CERTIFICATION

Graduation Certificate: Upon completion of the course, qualified students will be awarded a Graduation Certificate issued by the Institute of Human Resources and Business Development (under the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City – UEH), which is valid nationwide.
