The Corporate Governance program enables participants to gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of key issues related to corporate governance practices within the enterprise.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

  • Gaining a clear understanding of key issues related to corporate governance.​
  • Developing a solid grasp of the nature and critical importance of effective corporate governance.​
  • Applying and developing internal corporate governance documents for public companies in line with prevailing legal regulations and recognised corporate governance best practices on the Vietnamese stock market.

1. Shareholders: Concepts, Classifications, Rights, and Obligations.

3. GMS Meetings: Timeline, Attendance & Voting rights, Protocols, Quorum requirements, Adjournment, Resolution approval conditions, Minutes, and Validity/Annulment of GMS Resolutions.

COURSE SCHEDULE & VENUE

Duration: 11 sessions (including 10 training sessions and 1 final certification exam).

Schedule: * Option 1: Monday – Wednesday – Friday (18:00 – 21:00); Option 2: Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday (18:00 – 21:00)

Venue: UEH Campus B – 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong St., Dien Hong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

All-inclusive Training Fee: 5,500,000 VND / participant.

(The fee includes training materials, the final examination, and certification).

Disclaimer: Please note that the curriculum, number of sessions, and tuition fees are subject to adjustment starting from March 2026.

CERTIFICATION

Graduation Certificate: Upon completion of the course, qualified students will be awarded a Graduation Certificate issued by the Institute of Human Resources and Business Development (under the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City – UEH), which is valid nationwide.
