The Chief Accountant Training Program, delivered by the Institute of Human Resource and Business Development (HUREDIN) – University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, is structured in accordance with the curriculum stipulated under Circular 199 of the Ministry of Finance, and is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills required of a modern, professional Chief Accountant. Upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all regulatory requirements, participants will be awarded the Chief Accountant Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance. In addition to the Chief Accountant Certificate, learners will also be equipped with one of two critical regulatory and technology‑related competency areas that support their career development:
(1) the IFRS framework and the conversion of financial statements from VAS to IFRS, or (2) ERP for Accounting.
