The course Chief Accountant for Administrative and Non-Business Units is organized by the Institute of Human Resources and Business Development (HUREDIN) – University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). Structured in strict compliance with Circular No. 199 of the Ministry of Finance, this program is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and professional skills required of a modern Chief Accountant in the administrative and non-business sector.

Upon successful completion and fulfillment of all regulatory requirements, participants will be awarded the Chief Accountant Certificate for Administrative and Non-Business Units, issued by the Ministry of Finance.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

  • To equate participants with the understanding and ability to effectively apply the knowledge, skills, tools, and experience required of a Chief Accountant in Administrative and Non-Business Units.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Participants must meet the following entry requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications:

    • Hold professional qualifications/degrees in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing from an Intermediate level or higher.

  • Work Experience: Applicants must have practical work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing as follows:

    • Minimum of 02 years calculated from the date of issuance stated on the University (Bachelor’s) degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.

    • Minimum of 03 years calculated from the date of issuance stated on the Intermediate or College (Associate) degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.

Participants are required to submit a complete application package including:

    • 01 Notarized copy of the professional degree/diploma.

    • 01 Photocopy of ID Card or Citizen Identity Card (notarization not required).

    • 01 Confirmation of Work Experience letter, stamped and verified by the current agency/organization.

    • 01 Student Information Form with 02 photos (size 3×4 cm) attached.

COURSE SCHEDULE & VENUE

COURSE DETAILS:

  • COURSE 02:
    • Start Date: March 16, 2026
    • Schedule: Every Monday – Wednesday – Friday evening
    • Time: 7PM to 9PM (GMT+7)
    • Format: Online

TUITION FEES:

All-inclusive Training Fee: 5,000,000 VND / participant.

(The fee includes training materials, the final examination, and certification).

Disclaimer: Please note that the curriculum, number of sessions, and tuition fees are subject to adjustment starting from March 2026.

CERTIFICATION

Graduation Certificate: Upon completion of the course, qualified participants will be awarded the Certificate of “Chief Accountant for Administrative and Non-Business Units” issued by the Ministry of Finance.

DISCOUNT

  • Early Bird Discount: A 5% discount is applicable to participants who settle their tuition fees at least 3 working days prior to the commencement date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
  • Group Enrollment (3-5 members): A 5% discount for groups of 3 to 5 participants (Joint payment is required).
  • Group Enrollment (6+ members): A 10% discount for groups of 6 or more participants (Joint payment is required).
  • External Student Discount: A 5% discount for current students from other universities (including second-degree and transfer programs).
  • UEH Student Privilege: A 10% discount for current UEH students (including second-degree and transfer programs).
  • HUREDIN Alumni Incentive: A 5% discount for former students who have previously completed courses at HUREDIN.

Note: Total discounts are capped at a maximum of 20% of the tuition fee.
